Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Overview
At Teo Backpacks, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and refunds for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to our cash on delivery (COD) payment system, refunds are issued only under specific conditions.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Be reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include proof of purchase (order number and name)

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned after 48 hours from delivery

  • Accessories with signs of wear and tear

4. Return Process
To request a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”

  2. Include photos of the product showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return pickup or drop-off (based on your location and available logistics).

5. Refunds
Since we operate on a cash on delivery basis, refunds are issued in the following form:

No cash refunds are given at the time of delivery or pickup.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

7. Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs only for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other return reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
