1. Shipping Coverage
Teo Backpacks proudly offers worldwide shipping on all orders. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely and promptly, no matter where you are located.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary by destination:

  • Local Deliveries (Within Country): 3–7 business days

  • International Deliveries: 7–21 business days

While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, local regulations, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the order. The total shipping cost will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery location.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information via email or SMS, where available. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Teo Backpacks is not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
